the people who do the main ground work, aka account execs through sr manager levels are generally great. there’s a community here, often forged through bonding over terrible management and leaders.
Inconvénients
HR is practically nonexistent, GMoSG makes you go ????? because half the time you’re walking on eggshells around this person. do not be fooled by AD of the fun team. this person may be friendly but they will make a lot ridiculous comments towards you. if you happen to make them upset (usually by doing your job correctly), they WILL complain about you behind your back instead of setting the record straight and talking it out with you like adults. if you happen to be in the same room or within a 5m radius of them, expect your social energy to drain. a good gift for them will be a plant given how much oxygen they waste by talking nonsense and bull. they might not have any friends outside of work. please do not walk the same path i did LOL
