Some of the pros include: Workplace Culture- everyone wants to be here and learn. The founders and management take time to invest in our learning, even if it isn't part of our jobs. I told the CTO that I wanted to learn how to build a computer and he scheduled a workshop where I had hands-on 2 day learning session Benefits- zero employee paycheck deductions for medical, dental & vision and they give you HSA funds to cover the deductible. 3% percent match in 401k even if you don't participate. Training- Communication Fundamentals class where you learn how to be a better communicator Time off- Unlimited vacation & flexible schedules.
