Avantages
-when you are doing your job and you are proactive there are salary increases coming without request -flexible work timing -employee time off is respected - more than decent bonuses
Inconvénients
-The only thing that I would say is the paradox between "we want to go green" and the imposing coming into the office for people that were not on a remote contract
