Avantages
Nice coworkers to work with and not a bad location to commute to everyday. Office is slightly newish.
Inconvénients
I came here from a large corporation in Seattle looking for that small staff mentality. The problem lies in the CEO and other manager owners. Each day is dictated by how the CEO feels that particular day. If he is in a bad mood (which he usually is), then everything you do is not good enough. Each time a customer calls with a suggestion, it is not good enough for Scott Hanah (CEO) and is shot down before even brought up. Oh, and mine your p's and q's while on company territory as the cameras are rolling and will record even your otherwise innocent comments. If you want to work where hard work is rewarded, don't go to this company. Pay is way below industry standards and raises are just simply out of the question. Hiring management team will promise the moon and deliver a chilling reality in return. Look. You can do better at McDonalds. At least there, you are recognized for a job well done and feel as though you matter.
