      I work on some very interesting projects.

      Inconvénients

      PromptQL has an undisciplined and unreliable leadership, and it's the reason why this company continues to stagnate. There are many talented employees and decent leaders here, but the majority of the leadership are a bunch of incompetent and lazy people who don't care about improving the workplace and growing this company further. We have a chaotic work environment because the leaders don't bother to fix our systems and coordinate our schedules. They also don't provide proper support and clear guidance to employees.

      Avantages

      1. The company has managed the disruption caused by AI over the past year effectively, with timely updates to product strategy and GTM motion. 2. Strong market reception to the company’s new AI product validates the direction of these strategic changes. The company itself is the product’s most active user, and seeing firsthand how much it improves speed, execution, and decision-making across teams has been genuinely exciting. 3. As a result, the work is super interesting, with opportunities to solve new problems and help shape the next phase of the company rather than simply execute a fixed plan.

      Inconvénients

      1. Best suited to individuals who are proactive and comfortable taking ownership; less of a fit for those seeking highly structured roles.
