      Avantages

      It’s a full time job

      Inconvénients

      Everything. Management is poor. It’s about 10 full time employees. The boss/owner refuses to allow any freedom. They can’t keep a position filled for more than a few months. HR is a nightmare. No benefits and little pay. It’s near impossible to get paid

      Thank you for your feedback. We recognize that it can be frustrating initially to learn the necessary information required to be permitted to represent our company in the field. Everyone learns at their own pace, but we cannot allow representatives to work with current and new accounts without meeting our minimum standards and benchmarks.       Avantages

      Great experience in Medical Sales, Good relationships with co-workers/management, Great opportunities to earn large commissions, Competitive base pay and benefits. Each day is different which keeps things exciting. I have not shared the same experiences as those before it would seem as I had no issues with management, getting paid on time, or HR. Overall a great experience with great people.

      Inconvénients

      No Cons just a heads up that some days may run a little longer than others but that comes with every sales job.
