      Avantages

      They start of paying fairly well

      Inconvénients

      Pretty much everything else. Mary, the CEO, is a complete psycho, and I'm pretty sure is incapable of actually telling the truth to anyone ever. I got my hours cut in half and my benefits dropped because I was sick, and she wanted to "help me" by taking half of my salary and making me pay $250/month for insurance when it was fully covered by the company for full time employees. And then 3 days later had someone else fire me, and then told everyone she fired me because I stopped showing up. I only stopped showing up after I was fired.

      Remote work. Great leadership. Very supportive. Not micromanaging. Positive environment. Willing to work with me on work schedule. Decent benefits.

      Their pay is not the best.

      Interesting work in a specialized healthcare technology space. Opportunity to learn about advanced imaging, hospital operations, and client-facing problem solving. The company has potential, and the work itself can feel important and impactful.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership communication, role clarity, bonus schedule, and internal alignment could be improved. Favoritism practiced. Expectations can shift, and employees may not always receive the structure or support needed to succeed efficiently. More transparency, defined responsibilities, and consistent communication would strengthen the overall employee experience.
