Pay progression has been strong too, and hard work definitely gets recognized.
Inconvénients
Things move fast - priorities can change quickly as the company grows. Processes and structure are still evolving, which can feel a bit chaotic at times. You need to be proactive about learning; there’s support, but no handholding.
