      Avantages

      Have pretty successful funds (including both quantitatively managed and fundamental based), well diversified portfolio, and rigorous risk management policies.

      Inconvénients

      Everyone is very busy in the company, some guys took responsibilities of several roles like IT and clearing. So maybe better to hire more people to make everyone specialize in one area.

      Inconvénients

      Not directly helping the quant trader with the trading system itself, so not familiar enough with the entire modeling and trading process
