We focus many efforts on ensuring our employees have access to training and other resources to ensure their success, we are glad you have identified this as a favorable aspect of working here.
We attempt to ensure our consulting employees are working/billing a full 40 hours each week to help drive revenue, but never at the expense of good working conditions. We do not tolerate mistreatment of our employees or displays of favoritism. I am sorry to learn of your many frustrations after 4 years of employment, a long tenure. We have several avenues available to you to raise such concerns and I would encourage you to reach out to your operations leadership or human resources if you are seeking resolution.
As standard offerings, PayTech does offer sick time as well as a rich 401k plan (not a pension). If you have questions about how to access these, please reach out to your manager. In 2022, PayTech’s turnover rate was well below the average standard for the Professional Services industry. We’ve had multiple individuals return to PayTech as they have identified that the “grass is not always greener.”
