Avantages
Very organized as far as onboarding goes. You get quickly set up with all the equipment you need (phones, laptops, etc.). They do a good job of planning fun outings for their employees.
Inconvénients
There is a lot of pressure to do things correctly the first time. I understand mistakes are to be avoided as much as possible, but they are inevitable. I found there wasn't much understanding from upper management when mistakes were made. I wasn't spoken to about potential issues with my performance, or areas where I needed to improve. It seemed an unfavorable opinion was reached about me, and I was only given that insight after the decision to let me go was already made.
During my time there, I felt like I was always walking on eggshells, and the security of my future employment was questionable at best.
