      Friendly people, willing to help. Skill training and advancement opportunity available. Normal work load

      Inconvénients

      Poor Management. People are poorly managed. miscommunications between managers and working teams. Some mavericks do not follow the rules and policies and still lives.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Inconvénients

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
