      Avantages

      NexGen Data Systems is a great place to grow. You are given every opportunity to do what motivates you and are rewarded every time your perform. The 401K is amazing! The pay is very competitive and the work is very interesting.

      Inconvénients

      The only con to the company isn't so much a con but just a fact that they are a small company. For myself this is something I was looking for because can make a big difference.

      Avantages

      Strong team with plenty of impactful work to do. I was able to directly interface with and help the customer move things forward, no training wheels, or process to jump through. Subsidized health insurance premiums (Really Good Rates) Reasonable salary Natalie in HR is awesome. She really knows what she is doing, which is mirrored in the employee benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Lost one of their major long term customers, which is natural as the government can’t show favoritism. But, they lost two contracts back to back with the same customer, which cut their workforce by about 50%. This caused me to have to move on.
