      Bons collègues, sauf le PDG

      Inconvénients

      Le propriétaire/PDG est une œuvre d'art, un art de mauvais goût ! Il semble avoir une déconnexion avec la réalité et avec la façon d'être professionnel et même humain. Il traite les gens avec un manque absolu de respect et certains ont été témoins de pratiques douteuses lors de la facturation des clients... vous ne voulez même pas marcher près de cet endroit ! Les deux critiques positives ici doivent être du PDG lui-même, car personne ayant travaillé là-bas n'aurait rien de positif à dire.

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional CEO who bills client for all internal cockups then blames consultants for overbilling. Unethical work practices using ghost staff unknown to client and cause insurance liabilities. Share login with client permission causing client risk. Promise additional hours and payments to staff unapproved by client and then when client disapproves, none payment.

      Avantages

      I really love working with the development team on the ATS side. The people I worked with were supportive, talented, and the best part of working there.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can get heavy when deadlines approach. There is a strong expectation to put in long hours and grind through crunch time to get major deliverables over the hump.
