      Avantages

      Excellent work/life balance, great vacation and sick time accrual and policies, very minimal micro-mangement.

      Inconvénients

      Bad IT decisions made by higher-ups, other Federal employees around you don't pull their own weight. Wages are not competitive with the IT sector in this area.
