      Avantages

      - Great work culture - Apart of a great, closely knit team - Amazing manager - A lot to learn - Day-to-day tasks are never the same problem

      Inconvénients

      - Low base salary - Poor communication from upper management - Problems that are known about aren't being addressed, leading to high turn over rate

      Avantages

      My immediate team and direct manager were great and really supportive.

      Inconvénients

      The office culture was poor and the overall company management was awful. People felt pressured to stay way later than working hours even if they didn't have anything left to get done. Some people in the office were reluctant to go to HR because it became clear they didn't have the employees best interests in mind. In our office in particular, promotions and raises were basically non-existent and turnover was very high.

      -The friends you make -free foxtel after 6 month probation -no university degree required -no media experience needed/required -location is close to lots of food and shops

      Inconvénients

      -Management -Salary -Long hours,No overtime -Lack of development -promotions are given based on how staff dress and who is friends with management, rather than their quality of work -talented co-odds are overloaded until they leave -no perks beside free foxtel -no parking
