      Boss wants people to like each other.

      Boss appears to take advantage of his good workers and reward the ones who don't really work that hard.

      There are two companies named Micron Systems that are located in New Jersey. We apologize, but the review you have posted does not seem to be for the Micron Systems Inc that this page belongs to, and we do not have a Product Representative position. This review apparently does not apply to our company. Thank you.

      Avantages

      There are some talented people here who know their industry.

      Inconvénients

      You are at the mercy of the owner. He fires people with little to no warning. There is an odd group of 'family' people (not the owners) who the owner clings to. This group does not have relevant business background. Be very careful as good people have been let go with no reason given.
