      Avantages

      Learned so much, great community with students, space to be creative

      Inconvénients

      Pressure to perform and sell, "if you're not seem, you're forgotten" mindset", no room to grow. Very low compensation.

      Avantages

      They allowed me to use my on method when I was hired, after six months I had to teach from the book and the students didn't really like that, some kept me as a private teacher to keep using my method.

      Inconvénients

      Their books and methods are very exhausting for the student and not quite direct, I'm not saying it's bad, but it would probably take a lot of time to learn using their method.
