Flexible work hours, part-time or full-time, but for most employees it is seasonal work. the company gets contract work and projects go for a couple of months to about 4 months. Work conditions are not bad. It isn't physically challenging. Better than minimum wage if you can get the job. Wage bumps after a certain number of hours and overtime is sometimes offered.
Inconvénients
It really is comparable to a job in a factory. This is not a place that is going to spend a lot of time developing or training employees. No one is mistreated, but employee satisfaction isn't the goal. Some managers are helpful and pleasant. Some have attitudes. Never understood the management structure, never got any big picture info to understand my role, company goals, etc. If that's what you want, I wouldn't work here.
