      Excellent work environment. Enjoyed the people I worked with. Felt like family. Customers were a pleasure to work with.

      Inconvénients

      I would have preferred they merged with a smaller utility.

      Good base rate: starts at 30 with 10k sign on bonus Weekend program gets an extra 9.50 an hr Diffs are Evenings: 2. Nights: 4. Weekends: 1.5

      Inconvénients

      Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
