      The people are very smart and committed to excellent client service. It can be a very strong foundation for a career at Mercer or with its clients.

      Inconvénients

      The matrix organization is complex and bureaucatic. There is also a fairly high administrative and process burden that can distract from doing good work.

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
