      - can learn new thing even though you don't have any experienced with that technology - flexible time, very flexible time for network engineers - fresh graduates are welcome

      Inconvénients

      - All network engineers must sign an unfair tricky contract with 3 years unbreakable working bond. you have to pay 100-200 Million Rupiah if you desire to leave the company - There is no scope of work. - There is no proper training for engineer though you'll get a penalty if you desire to leave the company.

      susah promosi, promosi hanya jika kouta tersedia kalau tidak stuk lembur tidak ada dan jika di hari libur hanya di ganti libur overload dalam assign user
