      Avantages

      Great group of people in the Brownsburg Facility.

      Inconvénients

      The corporate team, mainly leadership as a whole. They feed off of drama. It’s like a cult! It’s a look like me, talk like me, act like me atmosphere and if you do not conform you will not work there. They will find a reason to fire you!

      Can be really simple. They want to make it difficult.

      Lack of accountability. Usually when the problem escalated they want to react.
