This company has a truely open-minded work environment and a very warm, friendly multicultural staff. Whereas in other (mostly bigger or start-up) companies you feel like sometimes or (even worse) every day, you are not really "seen" or appreciated by the company, this company is very much interested in knowing what moves their staff and invites the team to approach them whenever they got something on their mind (and, most importantly, they are available to discuss and react to it!). People are happy to share their knowledge (even if they actually have lots of work on their table) and besides the good atmosphere at work, lots of colleagues even meet after work to spend time with their team. Plus, if you want to work professionally on yourself and achieve things, this is definitely welcomed by the company. Also, a very nice proof of the quality of the company is that people stay with it for years (and years). Seems like especially for Berlin, that is a rare and really great thing to find.

Wouldn't really know... Ok, there is no cafeteria or a TV + play station around, where you could relax a bit. But then again the Head Office is located in a central part of the town so you can always find a nice place to eat outside or have lunch with your team in one of the two kitchens.
