Avantages
None that I can think of. Accessibility to good lunch locations, perhaps. The culinary institute is downstairs and they make a great lunch for the price.
Inconvénients
Where do I begin? You only need a pulse to work here. It doesn't take long for clients to figure out that this company is a joke, and programs are canceled. The "leaders" in the company provide no direction, encouragement, training, etc with employees. Lack of transparency in how the company is performing, etc. They hire in waves when they gain projects, cut employees when they end. I don't believe they ever intend to have employees to stay long term. All in all, I was between jobs and interviewing elsewhere over my lunch break the entire time I was at KPI, so when I was "let go" it wasn't much of an issue.
