A lot of talk about culture and work-life balance but benefits are practically non-existent except unlimited leave, which if you do use, the boss passes comments about how you must have enjoyed your leave, or since you already had your break, bla de blah. Staff are just seen as slaves meant to do whatever the boss’ fickle heart feels like focusing on. If you still insist on joining just make sure you don’t have a life as boss likes to call for random meetings, especially near the end of work day or after hours just to rant and belittle people. Just surprised he hasn’t ended up on social media for his verbally abusive comments yet, evidence of the niceness of the team.
