      Intermatic is a family-owned business with over 130 years of operation. The running of the company is under the very capable guidance of Rick Boutilier and his amazing leadership team. This company believes in its people, hence why so many retire from here. Work-life balance is important to everyone and always at the forefront of their minds. Working for a company that recognizes that we are human is a "PRO" in itself. Intermatic knows "life happens" and has adjusted vacations and time off to align with the unexpected. I have been given the autonomy to develop a sustainable business model to understand customer perceptions of our products through online reviews/feedback and to collect the data for use in product improvement and quality issues. The best part about working at Intermatic is the helpful, knowledgeable, and kind people working here. Joining Intermatic was one of the ABSOLUTE best decision of my life.

      Avantages

      The company has good benefits and salary. Everyone knows everyone within the company.

      Inconvénients

      Good work is rewarded with more work and only certain people get increased salary. It's too bad the family sold the business.
