      Avantages

      Small team with a lot of room for wearing many hats and working cross functionally

      Inconvénients

      no clear vision, non cohesive environment, not very team friendly, difficult to grasp the ultimate goals for role/company, feedback and management of employees is not conducive to growth and success

      Avantages

      Collaborative, fast paced, high ownership

      Inconvénients

      Like any other startup, it was fast paced and had a lot going on at any one time. Could make for long hours and muddy directives. That got clearer as the company grew.

      Pay isnt bad if thats what you care most about

      Inconvénients

      Culture is toxic, vision is unclear, every day is uncertain, not very cohesive work environment, individuals don’t communicate clearly AT ALL. Overall, was quite a miserable experience with non personable people
