Avantages
Shift Flexibility, It had a bunch of people local to me that I liked.
Inconvénients
Too demanding, not much in terms of upwards mobility from what I've seen, you just do the same thing over and over and over and over and over again until shift ends which is terrible considering it's 12hours a day whilst being really physical it just melts your brain and destroys your body. Pointless grunt work, supervisors writing you up over small mistakes, managers constantly nagging you to go "Faster, Faster!!!" Almost zero benefits, pay is below average compared to other warehouses. Overall only "good" if you cannot find any other job.
