      Avantages

      I was able to survive and have à reasonable life style.

      Inconvénients

      Even in this site you exclude the people that made rsa what it is! Retires are removed , you discard them, you diminish their minimal pension benefits without them having anything to say about it, you treat them as a nuisance, yet they’ve given the company their best years. I have always think what are these LEADERS thinking, they to will be retire some time.

      Avantages

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Inconvénients

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
