      Avantages

      they make it very clear in the hiring process that they are looking for people ready to work hard and give it their all. they only hire for people who have that drive and ambition, so if that's what you're looking for IG is a place where you can pitch ideas at any level, create your own jobs, receive significant bonuses, and really grow your career. the people are great and genuinely celebrate each other's wins.

      Inconvénients

      poor benefits. ouch. I pay $500/month out of pocket for my health/vision/dental insurance and it still is the worst I've had. Retirement contribution max is $250/year (yes you read that correctly). 10 days PTO for first 2 years, then 15 up to 5 years.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
