Avantages

Pay is decent, if you work all the hours and get some bonuses. Staff and co-workers are great.

Inconvénients

Monotonous calling, hang ups and disconnects, occasional outraged phone call. It's hard to keep enthusiasm through each scripted conversation. Some questionable moral practices. Alot of the calls are to older folks and foreign-born who don't speak english too well, and you kind of guilt them into giving money to these charities. Holidays you get off, but make the day up on the weekend.

Avantages

Consistent hours, fair compensation for the work, bonuses when you do extra well, extra hours available for hard working employees.

Inconvénients

Repetitive work, can be discouraging at times when you just can't get anybody you call to tell you yes. If you do poorly for a few days in a row then the boss will send you home for the rest of the day and you miss out on your attendance bonus.
