      - Lively atmosphere with young colleagues - Leadership (especially higher up) strong and offers guidance - Able to offer flexibility if needed (at least within my department)

      Inconvénients

      - Difficult to stay after the possibility of fixed term contracts ends - At times a bit of an alpha male culture
