      Avantages

      Friendly colleagues, slow paced environment

      Inconvénients

      Most of the staff do not know the working process due to high turnover rate. Management not assurance enough. Headcount freezed.

      Avantages

      Excellent location but not many people know. Nice co-workers willing to help one another. Great camaraderie within departments. GM, VP Corp Services and HOD SS/SRT are great people doing the right things in bonding the Informatics family. It will be stronger together. Yes can do!

      Inconvénients

      Minimal initiatives among most co-workers not willing to risk mistakes. Some departments do not communicate. Complacent. Younger colleagues (and Millennials) with great ideas but not given opportunity to explore or (management) simply dare not explore. COO always telling old success stories elsewhere but fail to live it up here.
