Avantages
They mean it when they say 'flexible hours', and work/life balance. It's not unusual to see employees coming to work around 9 and go home at 5. (I know it sounds very normal, but I know for sure as an IT professional, 9 - 5 jobs (literally) don't happen very often). The people here are also pretty good - managers don't micro manage and take employee's advice on things. You also get friends and people who want to socialise - yumcha, lunches with colleagues, Friday night drinks are very common. They also promote from within many times, so you will get chances to get promoted if you work here.
Inconvénients
- The pay is not really the highest - although it is not the worst either. - at times, projects are very slow and things are a little unorganised in terms of resourcing, what everyone is doing etc - many times some people are left with too much to do when another person is left with nothing to do.
