Avantages
1. Plenty of opportunities to work in different areas if you are unsure what you want to do long term. 2. Lots of projects to pick from, in many locations. 3. Opportunities to travel the world if you are proactive in scouting positions. 4. Good graduate salary
Inconvénients
1. Poorly organised 2-year graduate scheme, you didnt know where you was going to be a couple of weeks before your next placement. This could mean moving to a new country in the space of a couple weeks. 2. Handled covid and the going back to the office poorly for graduates. I was forced to travel 200 miles a day to go to an office when I was promised I could work from home for a placement.
