      Avantages

      While others might find pros, I didn't. Event the open cubical policy while they thought it was suppose to be helpful, i found it to be distracted and right down annoying. If i could give no starts i would.

      Inconvénients

      I wouldn't know where to begin: Bad management, and it snow-balls from there. They haven't produce anything worthy so far. It is nothing more then a blaming game, fake processes to show investors they are doing something but in reality only smoke and mirrors.

      Avantages

      - Heliae is a great place for professional development. If you need to gain experience in your field but hard to break through "minimum job requirements", Heliae has been willing to take that chance. - PhycoTerra branded products. These are a great solution to help the soil and impacts from traditional agricultural practices. - The people. Heliae has some of the most talented individuals I have ever worked with. - Great benefits - from insurance to bonuses. Bonuses are provided to all levels of the organization (salaried or hourly).

      Inconvénients

      - Not so much a con regarding Heliae but anyone who works there needs to understand it is small company. You have to be willing to wear many hats. You have to accept that you will not have the luxuries of a larger company.
