Very thorough on-boarding process. Has a great start up feel for a company that has been around for 21 years. Smart company now focused on growth!

Office isn't located near public transportation. Building doesn't have the start up feel people have gotten used to.

No office drama, people are there to work and do a great job. Most have families and seem to have a great work/life balance without compromising the quality of the company's service/products. President is really on top of every aspect of the company without micromanaging, he trusts in the knowledge of the people the company has hired and that is HUGE. Benefits are crazy good for a small but growing company. There are some employees that have been there for 10+ years that are actively trying to improve services and products instead of simply maintaining (which many tech companies fall into). Most of all I feel respected and appreciated which no salary can buy, I truly enjoy coming into work each day.

The building seems to be getting a little too small with all the new hires. People in tech may find it strange that there isn't a culture of staying late and ordering pizza to finish a project, but this is way healthier.
