      Avantages

      I would say the best of ForceManager is the growth you can experience there as a professional. Learning is one of the core values that you feel from day 1, and extreme ownership is promoted to have the maximum impact possible

      Inconvénients

      High targets and pressure to meet deadlines. Sometimes shifting direction too quickly. Nothing that a start up or scale up does not suffer from.

      Avantages

      Working within a dynamic team where you have the opportunity to interact with all different divisions of the company. ForceManager is still small enough that it has the family feel of a start-up but growing fast which means there are always exciting opportunities opening up for those ready to demonstrate initiative.

      Inconvénients

      Must be ready to step out of your comfort zone and be willing to try new things. If you are not a self starter and want to work for a company where you are given rigid instructions to follow on a daily basis, this may not be the best place to work.
