Avantages

Will give raises and incentives based on performance.

Inconvénients

They have terrible management. The "managers" are the owners who belittle and undervalue their employees. They refuse to actually give management positions to anybody. The main owner Henry can be very rude and condescending and his wife Gloria is also very rude and makes people feel like they are idiots that can't do anything right without her. They constantly fire and hire people back. They have no sense of respect for their employees. They also have 2 sons that work for them, and the favoritism is very noticeable. Their son Hector is just as rude if not more, does not know how to communicate with his team members and uses the same belittling tactics as his parents to manage. Whenever he is doing bad, they just send him to another shop and the work environment quickly changes to worse wherever he goes. They will also move you locations without asking and without notice regardless of where you live or where you ask to stay.
