There is no accountability to managers when it comes to who is the one to blame when a manager or management makes a bad call. The courier will always have to watch his/her back depending on whom it is they have for a manager. Forget about feedback or recognition. Remember you are as good as your last sale. They will never remember when you go out of your way for them but will remember how many lates or pickups you missed on your review.
