      Management is horrible, some coworkers are very devious and vindictive. No Team atmosphere between sales and service, constant drama

      Avantages

      Work at your own pace by having control over your own business within the business. Great manager who treated me as a fellow equal rather than beneath them.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, had to perform self marketing and advertising for the most part.

      Avantages

      Everyone that worked there was nice.

      Inconvénients

      You have to supply your own tools and the pay is low. So the first few months it feels like you're paying to work there instead of getting paid. You also don't get 40 hrs each week, it averages about 36 and they don't seem to encourage overtime.
