      - Good management (genuinely nice people) - flexible working hours

      Inconvénients

      - Underinvestment in staff and systems coupled with the constant need from senior management to provide more information in a shorter time span, leads to extra stress and longer working hours for employees. - Takes too long to get things done (red-tape) and make improvements.

      - Some very bright minds here, both analytical and creative - Aiming to genuinely do right in the world of trading and investing, without compromising business objectives - Very ambitious, with a long-term plan to be as accessible as possible (in relation to actual investment opportunities, investment education and investment risk awareness) - Decent work/life balance; good benefits; staff care

      Inconvénients

      Nothing unexpected for a start-up. A few trial and error runs to weed out the internal processes and creative customer-facing ideas that don't work so well.

      Co-working office in Hong Kong, No future or vision as the regulation is getting tighter in the mainland China, You will be able to survive if you are good at politics. Bonus is a joke.
