Avantages

Very flexible workplace, if you get your work done and hit your goals you are able to work autonomously with freedom in your schedule. Great people and culture. The CEO very much strives to create a good and fun work environment, he truly cares about his team members and the industry.

Inconvénients

It is a small company which has its pros and cons. The ever changing event industry landscape can lead to uncertainty or clarity on what is being sold, but the people are very creative and have always found a way to evolve. Pay could be better too.

Avantages

The team at Endless Events truly is like a family. I felt I could always be myself among the team and could count on others to help when needed. Communication from the leadership team was generally open, and there was excellent flexibility in the role. Benefits: -Remote position when not traveling -Health care is company provided

Inconvénients

The salary for the position is not on par with other similar positions in the industry.

Avantages

Company is extremely fun and innovative. They put on some amazing shows and events for teens and really are the best in the industry here in Arizona. They have a very fun work environment and for the most part really make you love what you do.

Inconvénients

Possibly the biggest con is their employee scheme involving pay. They do not pay their employees by calling them "interns." They claim a six month "internship" Is needed in which they train you about the business. They pay you for your work at events but in the end you are working a ridiculous amount of hours without anything near the pay you deserve. The other theme I have seen while working there was that after the 6 months is finished and you would be starting your actual position the interns all leave for one reason or another, some by choice, some not by choice.

Since this review was left 4 years ago, Endless has ended it's unpaid internship program and we now pay above market rate for events, training and internships in an effort to allow our employees to not have to worry about their pay but instead focus on doing their best work.
