      Great people, very smart staff and team environment.

      Difficulty in getting approval for purchases of new technology. Corporate IT was understaffed, likely due to acquisition by IBM

      Avantages

      the people are fantastic to work with. Co-workers are smart and creative. I have had a lot of opportunity to grow by learning new things and holding various positions. Senior management listens to issues that are brought to their attention.

      Inconvénients

      The company is in a growth phase. It is not sure if it is a small company or a large company. This means that some of the infrastructure is not in place like a large IT organization, etc. On the flip side, there are multiple layers of management, which is needed to grow, so at times the company acts larger than it is.
