      Avantages

      ability to work overtimes one 15-minutes and other two 5-minutes breaks during 8-hour shift ability to work on morning, afternoon, or night shift night shift is paid more (£1 more I think)

      Inconvénients

      some supervisors were not so friendly (many conflicts)
