We were surprised and disappointed to read this review, as it doesn’t reflect the culture or values we stand by at Datel. Bullying or any form of physical aggression is not tolerated here. We have a strong and ongoing commitment to supporting mental health, including a long-established team of accredited Mental Health First Aiders and an open-door approach across our leadership and People Team. Our remuneration packages are designed to be fair and transparent. No one is penalised for leaving the business. We also support career and personal development in many forms, recognising that progress looks different for everyone. A similar review appeared earlier this year and was later removed. If you are still employed at Datel we urge you to speak to someone directly, whether that’s a Mental Health First Aider, a member of the People Team, or our MD.
