Everything. Leadership lies to people to get them in the door. Leadership, including HR, talks crap about employees especially once they leave. There is zero training, everything is tribal knowledge. Everyday is triage; nothing has a system in place and everything is done ad-hoc leading all employees to be in a constant frenzied state. Leadership doesn't even know the companies own rules or processes leading to lots of wasted time, poor results, and repeating work. No raises, poor pay, terrible retirement plan and insurance. All new employees get 10 days PTO to last for your first TWO years. If anything goes wrong and you need HR, forget it. She will always say she wasn't involved in whatever the issue is and pass the buck, essentially ensuring nothing happens. Bosses are insensitive, swear and yell in their offices, and are completely disassociated with the team. They claim this is project management but it is really just a call center. Main location where owner is is in Florida; all northbrook employees are overlooked and forgotten. Don't be scammed by this thirsty, dishonest, and disrespectful company. Company full of shifty used car salesman.
