      Avantages

      Some nice people to work with. Very nice building. They give snacks. They usually give you off a week for Christmas which other companies don’t do. It is dog friendly and I found that very nice when I was there.

      Inconvénients

      When upper management doesn’t even know who the mayor of Los Angeles is? They might not be qualified for the job. How can you run a department when you can’t even spell?

      Avantages

      Owners/Exec team truly care about their employees and do their best to make life at Create fun, exciting, enjoyable, and positive. Unlike many other companies, they are still allowing remote/hybrid work, which is the utmost importance to many. David Stern is a very generous and kind owner/leader.

      Inconvénients

      At the mercy of the M&E industry so sometimes but that's just the industry as a whole.
