Corecom Technology Academy is a brilliant place to work. There’s a real sense of community across the company, and the management team are always supportive and open. They really care about your development and are happy to help you gain certifications, take on extra training, or just give guidance when you need it. One of the things I really value is how inclusive and welcoming the environment is, even if you don’t come from a tech background, they’ll help you build your skills and confidence from the ground up. You never feel like you’re on your own. The regular community events and study sessions are a great way to learn and meet people, and because your colleagues are from all over the country, it’s easy to make meaningful connections. The buddy system is also a great touch, you always have someone to go to with questions or just for a chat. I’ve recommended Corecom to loads of friends, not because there’s anything in it for me, but because I genuinely think it’s a great place to grow, learn, and enjoy your work.
